Centec was designed, built, consulted on and managed by International Standard Property Management. The building applies the most advanced technology in designing and in architecture, with a central air-conditioning system providing fresh air, six high speed elevators for visitors and one Mitsubishi elevator for service, security and fire prevention activities. This building can endure an earthquake up to level 06.
Since March 2009, Pan Pacific has performed the general cleaning service upon completion of construction and began performing regularly cleaning service from April 2009.
