Employees

Considering human resources as the firm foundation of PAN’s success, we always focus on establishing a clean, safe working environment, an attractive compensation system for our employees. At PAN, all employees are supplied with specialized equipment, machines; are trained to improve their skills and knowledge on work safety, fire prevention, food safety and hygiene in hospitals. Apart from competitive and reasonable financial compensation systems, PAN pays much attention on many other benefits for employees. PAN applies annual remuneration, 13th month salary, bonuses in such special occasions as Tet holidays, traditional days, extraordinary recognition. Besides, PAN applies annual health checks for employees at certified hospitals. Establishing PAN’s corporate culture is one of PAN’s main focuses. PAN usually organized such entertainment activities as travels, music events, game shows. Through those activities, PAN employees have a chance to enjoy themselves and relax after stressful working hours. These are also good opportunities to enhance close relations among employees.

We volunteer to contribute to the sustainable development of our community. We actively participate in activities for the community that brings about practical benefits, prosperous lives in Vietnam. PAN Services understands that our long-term and sustainable development is closely associated with ensured development of the society. Hence, apart from continuous service improvements, PAN Services always takes part in community activities in order to build up a better society. Responses to “Washing hands” events held by the World Health Organization, PAN Services became the official sponsor for “Washing hand day” and “Supervision on washing hand regulations applied for medical staff” organized by Hung Vuong Hospital in 2012. The event’s aims are to remind all medical staff to stay sanitary before and after medical examinations. Participated in this event were representatives from PAN and 24 hospitals in HoChiMinh City.
